Reporting to the Regional Technical Training Manager, this role ensures the implementation of the approved technical training model and the Technical Training pillar of BOE, acting as the plant representative for technical training while guaranteeing employees receive on-the-job training. **TOGETHER, TO ACHIEVE THE EXTRAORDINARY, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:** * **Implementation of the BOE Technical Training Pillar:** + Assist in implementing the BOE Technical Training pillar at the plant. + Ensure alignment with broader training objectives. * **Delivery of Instructor-Led Training:** + Provide comprehensive instructor-led technical training sessions. + Deliver detailed guidance and instruction on how to perform practical activities to ensure skill application. + Work closely with plant leaders and the instructor to ensure a continuous training process. + Partner with the HR representative to conduct and facilitate technical training sessions for new hires. * **Collaboration with On-the-Job Trainers:** + Guide and support the instructor in delivering effective hands-on training. * **Training Assessments:** + Conduct training evaluations and observations of trainees to assess employee competence and proficiency in job tasks. * **LMS and Document Management:** + Manage training tasks and completions, ensuring accurate documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Document Management System (eDMS). + Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update plant-specific work instructions. * **Training Metrics:** + Track and report key training metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with technical training KPIs. **TOGETHER, TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE** * **Education:** Completed technical school education. * **Experience** conducting technical training activities, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * **Experience in Delivering Training Programs:** Delivering technical training, learning methodologies, and instructional design of technical programs (development of training materials/content). * **Skills** in evaluating technical tasks, collaborating, and communicating. * **Knowledge of Training Systems:** Experience with training software (LMS, eDMS) and ability to track and report KPIs (a plus). * **English:** Intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills in English (a plus). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **Work Location:** Frutal/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri \- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
