The candidate will be responsible for leading teams of electricians, assemblers, and instrumentation technicians; performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations within the industrial sector; ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; and carrying out other related duties. Responsibilities: * Lead teams of electricians, assemblers, and instrumentation technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, identifying and resolving issues. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, guiding the team and acting in accordance with company guidelines. * Prepare activity reports, manage inventory of materials and equipment, and maintain departmental organization. * Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills and stay updated on new technologies. * Guide and monitor adherence to working hours and their respective recording. Requirements: * Technical education in Electricity, Electrotechnology, or related fields. * Prior experience in the role of Electrical Supervisor. * Knowledge of technical standards and legislation related to the electrical field. * Leadership and problem-solving skills. * Driver's license category B. * Basic computer skills. * Experience with management systems.
