Ensuring safety, health, and environmental protection Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; * Prior experience as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer on other hydroelectric power plant projects; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Supervise the physical execution of construction work; * Coordinate field supervisors; * Ensure issuance of Daily Construction Reports; * Evaluate and certify measurement reports; * Ensure implementation of safety, health, and environmental protection standards. Interfaces: * Project Manager and Project Coordinator: for alignment and progress reporting; * Engineering Department: for validating solutions and clarifying technical queries; * Planning Engineers: for confirming physical progress; * Field Supervisors: for managing work fronts; * Quality Department: for supporting inspections and controls; * Safety, Health, and Environment (SSO & Environment) Department: for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; * Commissioning Engineer: for test planning; * Operations Department: to ensure functional requirements and preparation for operation and maintenance (O\&M); * Logistics and Procurement Department: for material and equipment flow. 2512180202551866102
