Providing operational support as needed * **Job Description:** * At Granja Diamante (Breeding Layer Farm), we are looking for a professional to work as a tractor operator, performing grass mowing and green area maintenance tasks. The candidate will be responsible for operating tractors and agricultural implements, ensuring efficient and safe service execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate tractor with implements for grass mowing; * Perform cutting and maintenance of green areas, pastures, and land; * Carry out cleaning and conservation of worked areas; * Conduct basic equipment inspections before and after use; * Ensure preservation and proper functioning of the tractor and implements; * Follow workplace safety regulations; * Support other operational activities as needed. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a tractor operator; * Knowledge of operating attached mowers; * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance; * Driver's license (categories B, C, D); **Benefits:** * Meal card: BRL 500.00; * Life insurance; * Monthly egg carton containing 30 double-yolk eggs; * Meals and breakfast provided at the company; Commitment, responsibility, and attention to safety Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 1,900.00 - BRL 2,196.75 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Provide your residential address so we can verify whether it lies along the route of our shuttle bus that transports our employees; Education: * Completed elementary school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
