Ensure system quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Support strategic technical decisions and assist the Tech Lead in defining solutions. Guide and develop the team technically. Anticipate and mitigate technical risks. Evolve architecture, development standards, and Technology area processes. Position located in Nova Lima / MG. Previous experience as a C# Programmer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, or Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
