Development of sustainable packaging with a focus on cost reduction Uberlândia Brazil Engineering **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Responsibilities:** * Work within the LATAM Reliability Center, integrating reliability and pursuing excellence in packaging processes; * Ensure people and process safety management (TPS); * Provide technical support for packaging operations across all divisions in ADM manufacturing facilities; * Contribute to the development of specifications for new packaging, sustainable packaging, cost-reduction packaging, and food safety packaging; * Collaborate productively with quality, packaging procurement, commercial, and marketing teams, taking responsibility for defining optimal packaging solutions for each application; * Support all businesses operating in LATAM; * Work with packaging suppliers, interacting with the procurement team and plant teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Master's degree preferred: Project Engineering; * Language: Advanced English (Spanish is a plus); * Preferred experience in packaging operations for wet and dry products; * Problem-solving skills, proficient in root cause analysis techniques; * Knowledge of commonly used packaging materials; * Experience with GMP, HACCP, and Safety programs; * Experience in packaging development, addressing regulatory requirements and process efficiency; * Ability to lead discussions with suppliers; * Willingness to travel (20%). **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
