Act as a liaison among various departments and stakeholders Uberlândia Brazil Project Management **Job Description \- External Recruitment** ADM is seeking a CAPEX Project Coordinator to lead the development and execution of strategic investment projects, working on industrial expansion initiatives and project portfolio management. This position will play a critical role in guiding engineering and execution phases, promoting integration across departments and ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate CAPEX projects from the development phase through final delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and operational performance requirements; * Lead projects during FEL (Front End Loading) stages, ensuring technical maturity and adherence to corporate processes; * Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, performance indicators (KPIs), and execution plans; * Coordinate the development of engineering disciplines and provide technical support for investment-related decisions; * Apply project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices, including Lean Construction, AWP, and the Last Planner System; * Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, Technology teams, and external suppliers; * Manage and develop engineering teams, promoting alignment, productivity, and results-oriented focus; * Conduct progress review meetings and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements * Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Production Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience managing large-scale industrial CAPEX projects; * Experience managing engineering and project teams; * Experience developing projects using the FEL (Front\-End Loading) methodology; * Advanced/Fluent English; * Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel between facilities and visit suppliers.
