Description: Education: * Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Agribusiness, Retail Management, Business Management, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative, commercial, or sales support activities. Desirable Knowledge: * Understanding of sales processes and order tracking; * Basic knowledge of customer portfolio and service; * Proficiency with spreadsheets and reports (intermediate Excel); * Knowledge of budgeting and performance indicators (KPIs); * Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems; * Good communication, organization, and willingness to learn autonomously. Must reside in Frutal - MG. Availability to work on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Business Administrative Assistant supports the store's administrative and operational routines, contributing to the smooth execution of sales, deliveries, and customer relationships. Activities are performed under the supervision and guidance of the Sales Analyst or area Manager. Main Responsibilities: Support Front-of-Store Management: Assist in daily rounds to verify store operating conditions and availability of customer facilities. Support in opening service tickets and monitoring pending issues with responsible departments, as well as welcoming and directing customers when necessary. Support Store Reservations: Monitor sales reservations daily, assisting in verifying pending items such as down payments and order signatures, ensuring all required information is accurate for process continuity. Order Portfolio Follow-Up: Monitor portfolio orders under the guidance of the Analyst or Manager, assisting in updating statuses and communicating with involved teams to ensure process progression and resolution. Support Documentation and Approval Management: Assist in organizing and controlling documentation required for invoicing request submissions, ensuring completeness and proper registration. Delivery Planning (logistics support): Support communication between the store and the logistics team, monitoring delivery progress and reporting any issues to the responsible team. Monitoring Embedded Costs: Support control of provisions and entries related to machinery, maintaining updated records and reporting inconsistencies to the responsible team. Used Equipment Incoming: Assist in document verification and track the process of adding used machinery to inventory, ensuring complete and accurate information. System Support for CENs (Business Consultants): Provide support to sales representatives on system-related requests, collaborating with the IT team and the responsible Analyst to resolve simple issues. Updating Customer Contacts and Registration Data: Contribute to updating customer records and contacts, following guidelines from the Customer Experience and Market Intelligence teams. Support Sales Prospecting and Campaigns: Assist in gathering and updating customer information for campaigns and sales initiatives. Monitoring Green Credit Portfolio: Under supervision, monitor structured credit portfolio, assisting in organizing documentation and coordinating with the Consortium and CEN teams. Store Expense Management: Support expense tracking and recording, assisting the Sales Manager in verifying entries and managing the budget. Inventory Counting: Support monthly inventory counts and recordkeeping, ensuring alignment between physical and system data. Sending and Receiving Post-Financing Documents: Assist in controlling and forwarding documents between customers and the finance department, ensuring traceability of all shipments.
