Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and managing products and supplies, from receipt and storage to allocation for use, ensuring warehouse organization and compliance with safety standards. Focus on safety and hygiene standards Responsible for controlling the company’s products and supplies, monitoring materials from receipt through storage and allocation for use. Inspect and control the receipt of various products, verifying invoices. Record items in a dedicated system, registering and coding materials. Receive returns, verify material characteristics, and process item write-offs. Control the entry and exit of various products via requisitions. Pick products according to service order specifications, verifying all information. Organize storage, identifying and determining appropriate placement in accordance with predefined standards, managing it through a system to ensure rational and orderly stockpiling. Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for warehouse items and issue purchase orders when safety stock levels are reached. Participate in inventory activities and label company assets, performing physical counts of strategic items. Ensure conservation, cleanliness, and hygiene procedures in the workplace, as well as guide third parties in complying with safety, discipline, and accident prevention standards.
