




**Position: Pizza Dough Maker – Caçador, SC, #1363** **Base Salary:** R$ to be negotiated + night shift allowance **Work Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday (night shift) + alternating Sundays off per month. **Main Responsibilities:** * Dough production: Prepare dough according to the establishment’s standardized recipe, mixing ingredients accordingly. * Portioning and dividing: Divide dough into portions (dough balls) of the correct size. * Balling: Shape dough portions into balls to ensure proper fermentation. * Dough stretching: Stretch dough balls manually or with mechanical assistance to achieve the desired shape and thickness for pizza assembly. * Assistance in pre-preparation: Help organize, and occasionally cut and sanitize, ingredients used as fillings and toppings. * Pizza assembly: In some pizzerias, the pizza dough maker may also assist in assembling pizzas by applying sauce and toppings. * Baking: Depending on the establishment, the pizza dough maker may be responsible for loading and unloading pizzas into and from the oven, and monitoring cooking time. * Organization and cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, utensils, and equipment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. * Inventory management: Monitor and request raw materials required for dough production. **Job Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Commitment and punctuality; * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork; * Physical stamina, agility, and attention to detail; * Prior experience as a pizza dough maker is an advantage. Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
