




**Position: Kitchen Leader – Videira – SC \- \#1363** **Base Salary:** BRL to be negotiated \+ hazard pay \+ night shift allowance **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Sunday (night shift) \+ alternating Sundays off per month. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the kitchen team * Supervise food preparation * Manage inventory and supplies * Ensure food hygiene and safety * Train and guide the team * Monitor time management and productivity * Inspect equipment and facility infrastructure * Verify technical specifications and standardization * Monitor costs and waste * Support menu planning * Address internal and external requests **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience in the food industry and team leadership; * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in administration, commercial management, or related fields is preferred); * Strong communication skills, agility, and commitment; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
