We are Makers, Smart & Light Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Ensure and execute processes so that all online services operate reliably and swiftly at all times, with reliability (reliability) as the focal point; Analytical ability to decompose technical problems and define actionable solutions. Technical Experience and Skills: Experience supporting business users and development teams; Experience implementing .NET and Java applications; Experience in high-complexity system integration projects and solid knowledge of application architecture; Experience administering and managing IT environments on Linux (Red Hat), Windows Server—running on physical, virtual, or cloud (Cloud) infrastructure; Knowledge of high-availability solutions (DR, HA, FT); Experience with Oracle and SQL databases; Experience supporting integration systems (WebServices, IIS / JBoss / Apache, TCP/IP, MQSeries, FileServer); Experience analyzing and resolving incidents or problems related to applications/systems in general; Experience developing scripts (PowerShell, bash, VBScript, batch); Experience monitoring jobs via CONTROL-M; Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and SAFe methodologies; Cloud experience (Azure); Knowledge of container management tools (e.g., Docker, Git/GitHub/GitLab, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence). Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills): Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and guide the team; Strategic thinking and a proactive mindset to anticipate and tackle challenges; High emotional intelligence to handle complex topics with stakeholders and maintain composure under pressure; Attitude: Must demonstrate proactivity and ownership; identify critical issues and address them with appropriate urgency; Knowledge of OpenShift, as the squad is currently using this product in its most recent projects; Experience handling legacy systems. Responsibilities: * Planning project deliveries and internal requests; * Architectural validation of systems to support squads/projects across the company; * Defining and implementing automation for application deployment; * Supporting project squads from environment setup through production delivery; * Managing version deployments across environments; * Submitting change requests for production to implement system updates; * Managing, monitoring, applying packages to, and supporting company environments—resolving blockers that may impact test progress or project timelines; * Documenting new procedures and technologies to facilitate knowledge transfer across team members; * Participating in internal meetings for project planning and alignment; * Implementing and monitoring data processing workflows.
