Join Cogna. **Responsibilities and Duties** * You will work within the AI Products area, with the purpose of creating and maintaining proprietary ML/DL models (and embedding them into products and processes) for adaptive learning—including personalized learning path models, academic performance reports, and academic material recommendation models. * You will also be responsible for: * Creating and maintaining engagement and dropout propensity (churn) models. * Conducting exploratory data analysis and classical statistical modeling for partner areas. * Evaluating model drift in production. * As you will be working in a Product area within the business (Student Experience and Success), you must be able to translate business problems into technical solutions—and vice versa, translate technical solutions into business user-friendly terms.
