Job Summary: Internship in Operational After-Sales to create, improve, and execute processes during the transactional phase of the SIPAG registration—focused on data and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Support in coordinating Operational After-Sales 2. Development of dashboards and management reports 3. Internal ticket support and data organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship The **Operational After-Sales Coordination** is responsible for creating, improving, and executing processes occurring primarily during the transactional phase of the SIPAG registration—the acquirer solution. **Responsibilities:** * Process and organize databases, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Develop and update dashboards and management reports using Power BI; * Handle and track tickets registered in the Sicoob Service Portal, providing support for internal requests; * Prepare institutional and management presentations using PowerPoint; * Support other activities within the department. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology.
