For more information, visit Worley.com We are seeking a **Senior Designer (Structures):** **Requirements:** * Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Supports standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates. Contributes to understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and client specifications whenever feasible and lawful. Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence. Supports verification, peer review, and incorporation of feedback; * Experience in design within the industry, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including multidisciplinary projects, reinforced concrete structural design, and quantity take-offs; * Experience in refinery projects is considered a plus; * Preparation of reinforced concrete structural designs — formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolts, inserts, 3D modeling, etc. Preparation of sketches, assembly of technical documentation, compilation of quantity schedules, etc.; * English (spoken, written, and comprehension); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to navigate intranet pages, conduct searches, and synthesize information. Organize information from multiple sources according to prescribed formats and policies; * Proficiency in specialized design tools, analysis, and BIM modeling; * Familiarity with structural design software such as TQS, REVIT, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Technical documentation review for projects, document revision, and consolidation of comments; * Gathers data from multiple sources and prepares analyses, calculations, etc. Assists with recommendations and helps create final documentation. Identifies technical issues, defines alternative solutions, evaluates pros/cons of various options, and makes recommendations to support official project documents — such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Creates final documentation incorporating all relevant information and internal approvals. May review peers’ documentation to assist others and review/authorize work completed by the team.
