We are seeking a Performance Analyst to work in the Operational Excellence area, focusing on structuring routines, monitoring results, and continuously improving operational processes. This position will play a critical role in consolidating management practices, ensuring operational discipline and consistent performance evolution across contracts. **Key Responsibilities** * Structure and maintain operational monitoring routines * Monitor performance indicators (production, productivity, costs, and revenue) * Analyze variances and support the development of action plans * Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows * Ensure consistency and quality of information across systems * Support operations in data-driven decision-making * Develop and monitor reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) * Serve as the interface between operations and corporate departments **Day-to-Day Activities** * Conduct management routines (meetings, monitoring, and follow-ups) * Analyze operational and financial performance (Actual vs. Budget), tracking productivity, margin, and variance indicators, as well as evaluating revenue, billing, and provisions. * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement * Establish operational controls and standardize processes * Support implementation of efficiency and productivity initiatives * Monitor execution and progress of action plans **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Analytical profile with focus on execution and continuous improvement * Organization, discipline, and ownership mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with operations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in management routines and indicator monitoring * Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, etc.) * Knowledge of Power BI ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, University Tuition Discount, Driving School Discount, EngelmigSaúde+ ### **Department:** Minas Gerais
