Contribute to a greater purpose of humanized care ### **About the Opportunity** We are building the team for the Regional Hospital of Teófilo Otoni and seeking a Systems Analyst to work in the Information Technology area. This position will be essential to ensure the operation, integration, and evolution of systems supporting clinical and administrative hospital operations. **Hiring will occur according to the hospital’s opening schedule and evolving demands.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Implement, configure, and provide support for hospital and corporate information systems * Conduct requirements analysis and propose improvements to systems and processes * Provide technical support to users, identifying and resolving incidents and requests * Monitor system performance and availability * Support integrations between systems (ERP, clinical systems, etc.) * Prepare technical documentation and guide users on proper tool usage * Interface with vendors and internal teams for system enhancement and maintenance **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of databases, programming logic, and system integrations * Experience providing user support * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities * Experience with MV systems and system integrations ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience supporting and/or implementing hospital information systems * Experience in system implementation projects **Additional Information** ### **Additional Information** * Fully on-site role at the Regional Hospital of Teófilo Otoni * Hiring aligned with the hospital’s opening timeline and demand * Compensation and benefits package details will be shared during the selection process At the **Regional Hospital of Teófilo Otoni**, managed by the **Instituto Mário Penna**, we believe healthcare extends far beyond procedures — it resides in attentive observation, genuine listening, and above all, humanized care.
