**Responsibilities:** Perform minor building repairs; Carry out basic painting, plumbing, and electrical work; Support the maintenance and preservation of furniture and structures; Perform gardening and upkeep of outdoor areas; Ensure cleanliness and organization of company premises; Assist with selective waste collection and organization of waste disposal areas; Support other activities related to building maintenance. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Prior experience in building maintenance is a plus; Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting work; Proactive, organized, and committed personality. **Benefits:** Fixed salary; Co-payment Medical and Dental Assistance; Meal Allowance at Work; Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; SESI Betim Club Agreement; SESC Agreement; Pharmacy Agreement; Annual Performance Bonus; Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
