Wabtec has an excellent internship opportunity open at Wabtec Brasil in Contagem/MG within the Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders in Finance, learn about the revenue composition of one of the company's most important contracts, expense control, and various other finance-related matters, as well as have the opportunity to report financial results and cost reduction/synergy actions to global leadership. You will also have the chance to participate in the intern development program, where you will work on developing multidisciplinary solutions for the business. Key Responsibilities:* Prepare material invoice billing. * Ensure that billed items are registered in accordance with what was delivered to the customer. * Coordinate the billing process with the operational team. * Ensure that billing includes correct prices and taxes. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior and executive leaders. * Monitor and analyze collections. Required Qualifications:* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with expected graduation more than two years after the internship start date. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, others) is desirable.
