Responsibilities: * Provide customer and technician support via chat and telephone. * Register, track, and resolve requests and complaints. * Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, efficient, and resolution-oriented service. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Proactive, empathetic, and patient profile, with a focus on effectively solving problems. * Ability to adapt to change and quickly learn new processes. * Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with strong interaction among colleagues and customers. * Commitment and accountability regarding assigned tasks and deadlines. * Familiarity with computer tools and customer support systems. * Availability to work different shifts, as required.
