Participation in training and professional development CLT Belo Horizonte / MG ##### **Description** Carry out the Recruitment and Selection processes for the department and assist, when necessary, in other HR subsystems (Training and Development, Performance Management, Organizational Climate, and Offboarding); Map candidate profiles to align with job requirements (Job Description – JD); Post job openings on company-used channels; Complete all stages of the R\&S process in the system; Screen resumes; Schedule interviews with candidates; Conduct interviews, tests, group dynamics, and assessments; Select candidates based on job profile and fit level; Request scheduling of technical interviews at client companies; Provide comprehensive support to the HR analyst and manager; Provide feedback to all candidates who participated in the selection process; Participate in training sessions when requested; Comply with requirements outlined in the CSC\-RH SLA, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the 4th semester onward / Experience in R\&S (including internships) / Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / Experience in other HR subsystems is desirable. ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Breakfast/afternoon snack * Remote work allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * SESC membership * Wellhub * Job opening date: 23/04/2026
