Visit our website to learn more! **Who You’ll Work With** You will join the Welding Team alongside talented and experienced professionals in railway industrial manufacturing, committed to continuous development. **How You’ll Make a Difference** As a member of the Welding Team, you will assist in assembling and fabricating welded components and perform technical material verification applied in the welding process. **What We Want to Know About You** Desired competencies: Technical course in Electromechanics or Welding. Skills: * Ability to easily understand and execute welding tasks; * Agility and dynamism; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Ability to manage your own time. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Inspect and organize work tools, * Operate small-scale machinery (e.g., grinders, drills, hoists, and hand tools); * Assist in welding metallic parts using MIG MAG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc (SMAW) processes; * Assist in cutting steel plates using oxyacetylene and graphite electrode processes; * Assist in assembly and boiler-making of components for welding and assembly of welded parts into equipment; * Assist in process improvement, organization, health, and safety. **Our Commitment to Embracing Diversity** Wabtec is a global company that invests not only in our products but also in our people—embracing diversity and inclusion.
