**Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days per week) **Location:** Alphaville – São Paulo **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as administrator of the IBM Sterling B2B platform, Connect:Direct, SEAS, and * Control Center. * Serve as administrator of the Zena (Rocket) process automation platform. * Identify opportunities to improve the current environment’s architecture (B2B, Connect:Direct, SEAS, and Control Center), targeting performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
