We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Role** We seek a Senior Analyst with a strong analytical and data-oriented profile to analyze the company’s productivity and operational capacity. This role will play a key part in identifying efficiency opportunities by analyzing metrics such as idle time, absenteeism, resource utilization, and operational performance — thereby supporting data-driven strategic decisions. The professional will be responsible for transforming large volumes of operational data into actionable insights, directly contributing to improving operational performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency indicators, including metrics on idle time, absenteeism, resource allocation, and capacity utilization. * Identify operational bottlenecks and optimization opportunities * Build structured analyses to support managerial decision-making * Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports * Work with large operational databases * Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and productivity * Translate data into insights that drive operational actions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * 5+ years of experience in performance analysis or strategic roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (modeling, macros, dashboards). * Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). * Knowledge of SQL and data modeling. * Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. **Additional Information** Guided by the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
