Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Professional to join a brand-new squad focused on developing complex interfaces, maintaining, and scaling the technical architecture. This position is characterized by technical leadership and reference, with no focus on administrative people management. The main challenge will be ensuring agile and structured deliveries while preparing the environment for future architectural evolutions. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain highly reusable and scalable components using best practices for React 18+; * Define, document, and apply design patterns that ensure frontend ecosystem maintainability and high performance; * Implement advanced rendering strategies, performance optimization, and loading techniques (e.g., code splitting and memoization); * Ensure delivery stability, technical robustness, and quality through rigorous implementation of automated tests; * Serve as a technical pillar, disseminating software engineering best practices and supporting strategic decision-making regarding the project’s JavaScript ecosystem. ### **Requirements and Qualifications (Mandatory):** * **Web Ecosystem Experience:** More than 6 years of proven hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and foundational technologies (HTML5/CSS3+); * **ReactJS Experience:** Minimum 4 years focused specifically on ReactJS development (versions 17/18+); * **Library Maturity:** Experience handling the library’s historical evolution—from class component lifecycle to advanced hook usage; * **State Management and Architecture:** Experience in environments employing diverse state management strategies and scalable architectures, with deep knowledge of Context API and performance-oriented memoization techniques; * **Practical Application of Design Patterns:** Real-world application of design patterns such as Higher-Order Components (HOC), Compound Components, Presentational & Container, State Reducer, and Observer; * **State Management Libraries:** Proven experience with global state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand; * **Styling:** Full mastery of preprocessors (SASS) and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap); * **Testing and Optimization:** Strong hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests (Jest and React Testing Library), as well as implementing Code Splitting techniques for loading optimization. ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Technical proficiency in TypeScript; * Practical experience or in-depth knowledge of Micro-frontend architecture; * Understanding and experience with event-driven systems (Event-driven Architecture). ### **Additional Information / Offer:** * **Work Modality:** 100% Remote (Home Office) * **Employment Type:** Flexible (CLT or PJ) * **Salary Range:** R$ 10.000,00 to R$ 15.000,00 (based on technical evaluation) **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher / Food Voucher * Health Insurance (SulAmérica) * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
