Handle resolution of incidents and complex problems Senior Infrastructure Analyst We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to work in a corporate environment with a focus on stability, security, and technological evolution. Responsibilities: ✓ Administer and maintain infrastructure environments (on\-premise and cloud); ✓ Manage networks, servers, storage, and virtualization; ✓ Ensure availability, performance, and security of environments; ✓ Handle resolution of incidents and complex problems; ✓ Implement continuous improvements and automations; ✓ Support technology modernization projects. Requirements: ✓ Solid experience in IT infrastructure; ✓ Knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization; ✓ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or similar); ✓ Knowledge of information security; **✓ Advanced English (mandatory).** Preferred Qualifications: ✓ Experience in SAP-integrated environments; ✓ Familiarity with monitoring tools; ✓ Experience in highly critical environments. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) – Berrini Region (São Paulo/SP)
