Job Summary: Mid-level Architect to develop and model projects in Revit, working across various typologies and coordinating complementary projects. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of complementary projects and communication with suppliers LigaJobs is exclusively assisting an Architecture Firm in hiring 1 MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT with Revit expertise. Responsibilities: * Develop projects of various typologies using Revit and AutoCAD * Work on industrial, logistics, research \& technology, administrative headquarters, urban planning, culture \& entertainment, residential, restoration, etc. projects * Perform modeling and documentation of projects in Revit * Conduct feasibility studies and client presentations * Attend meetings with complementary designers * Site visits * Communication with suppliers * Verification and coordination with complementary technical projects in Navisworks * Sourcing products, specifications, and quotations from suppliers Requirements: * Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Prior experience working with Revit * Knowledge of Revit modeling and documentation * Prior experience in coordination—not only of architectural projects but also of complementary projects * Interest in diverse fields of architecture Working Conditions: * PJ contract (13 invoices) * On-site work at the office * 30 days of paid vacation Minimum Education Level: Higher Education Desired Qualification: *Architecture and Urban Planning, Higher Education
