An environment that fosters continuous development and professional growth **What We Are Looking For** ================== We seek a **Senior SAP Basis Consultant** to perform technical administration of the SAP environment and support strategic digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in **SAP S/4HANA cloud migration projects (RISE)**, ensuring SAP landscape stability, performance, and evolution. **Responsibilities** ===================== ### **Technical Administration** * Monitor and optimize performance (ST02, ST03N, SM50\) * Adjust instance parameters, memory settings, and tuning * Implement SAP Notes, Support Packages, and Kernel upgrades ### **Environment and Transport Management** * Configure and administer STMS (DEV, QAS, PRD) Support environment refreshes (PRD* QAS / BOLHA) * Manage technical downtime windows ### **S/4HANA & Cloud (RISE) Migration** * Support conversion and adjustments (roles, profiles, Simplification List) * Collaborate with cloud providers (RISE / Google Cloud / AWS / Azure) * Perform tuning on **HANA DB and operating systems (Linux)** ### **Integrations & Security** * Reconfigure non-SAP interfaces and integrate legacy systems * Configure: + SSL + Digital certificates + SAP Router + Single Sign-On ### **Monitoring & Support** * Monitor environments (HW, OS, DB) in the cloud * Provide post-Go-Live support (Level 1 and Level 2\) * Manage incidents with SAP support (OSS / RISE) **Requirements and Qualifications** ============================== * Bachelor's degree in: + Computer Science + Engineering + Information Systems or related fields * Experience with: + **SAP Basis** + **SAP S/4HANA migration or support projects** + Cloud environments: - RISE - AWS - Azure - Google Cloud **Preferred Qualifications** ================ * Certifications: + SAP Basis + SAP HANA + RISE * Experience with: + High availability + Disaster Recovery + Mission-critical environments **Behavioral Profile** ============================ We are looking for someone who: * Demonstrates **strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills** * Possesses **proactivity and a sense of urgency** * Has **effective communication skills with both technical and business teams** * Can collaborate effectively in **multidisciplinary teams** * Is **results-oriented and committed to delivery quality** With over 35 years in the market and operations across 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
