Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior level Salesforce/Omnistudio professional to develop solutions, integrate systems, and ensure adherence to platform best practices within agile methodologies. Opportunity for growth and technological innovation **What We’re Looking For:** A Mid-to-Senior level professional experienced in **(Salesforce/Omnistudio).** **Responsibilities:** * Develop solutions and perform integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems, focusing on efficient data exchange. * Use tools such as Dataloader for data loading and integration with legacy databases. * Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce, considering related applications, systems, and processes. * Ensure implementation of Salesforce platform best practices, features, and limitations. Model business workflows, translating functional requirements into effective technical solutions. * Collaboratively participate in the solution development lifecycle, applying agile methodologies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Salesforce developer; * Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, APEX, Triggers, and App Builder; * Practical knowledge of OmniStudio package accelerators: Integration Procedure, OmniScript, Data Mapper, and FlexCard; * Familiarity with version control using Git; * Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies; * Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer or Consultant. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a candidate who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
