Support the team's adoption and application of agile practices **Job Description:** We are seeking a Mid-Level Functional QA to work with a leading client in the Energy sector, joining a collaborative quality team and participating in the entire testing lifecycle for web applications. This person will collaborate with Development and Product teams, contributing to the evolution and maintenance of a more structured QA process within the squad. Execute manual functional tests on web applications; Create, review, and maintain test scenarios and test cases; Log, document, and report bugs clearly and objectively; Participate in refinement, alignment, and planning meetings; Collaborate with developers and other QAs; Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and documentation processes; Support the team's adoption and application of agile practices. **Requirements:** Experience as a Functional QA / Test Analyst; Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications; Ability to create and detail test scenarios; Strong organizational skills and clarity when reporting defects; Collaborative communication style and a partnership-oriented attitude toward the team; Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week at the office – Itaim Bibi/SP).
