We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** Work within the Software Quality team, ensuring the stability and reliability of deliverables; Execute and support test automation, contributing to the evolution of the quality pipeline; Participate in cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product, Development, and Business; Proactively identify and signal quality risks, proposing improvements; Support customer interaction by participating in technical alignment sessions and demand validation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Strengthen Our \#TopazTeam:** Experience with REST WebServices (SOAP is a plus); Solid foundation in programming logic; Practical experience in manual and automated testing; Knowledge of BDD (TDD is a plus); Experience with Agile methodologies—especially Scrum—with familiarity in XP and Kanban; Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements; Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation; Practical experience in manual testing and participation in test automation initiatives; Basic knowledge of relational database modeling; Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or C\#); Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, Pytest, or similar; Experience consuming and validating REST APIs; Execution of functional, integration, and regression tests, with basic understanding of performance testing; Ability to identify, document, track, and revalidate defects, working closely with development teams; Organization and maintenance of QA documentation, test evidence, and results. **Tools** Postman; SoapUI; SQL Developer / SQL Server Management Studio / PgAdmin; Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket); Linux (basic level); Jenkins (basic knowledge); Cypress or Selenium; JMeter (basic understanding). **Desirable Requirements** Consistent experience in test automation; Intermediate SQL knowledge; Experience with web and mobile applications; Experience in banking solutions or the financial market (IB, MB, Onboarding, Self-Service); Spanish (basic reading and communication skills).
