We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with strong experience in corporate Java development, capable of contributing to strategic projects—from solution definition through implementation and system evolution. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with organizational needs. Develop and evolve multi-tier Java applications and APIs. Provide technical leadership for initiatives and projects, supporting architecture definition, estimation, and delivery tracking. Ensure code quality and adherence to software development best practices. Share knowledge within the team and contribute to the team’s technical growth. Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and solutions. Report initiative progress according to IT governance frameworks and adopted methodologies. Own deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
