Practice continuous improvement and act with a strong sense of ownership **We are looking for someone who dares to lead alongside us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Understand business team requests and collaborate with the IT team to propose and implement value-adding solutions * Share knowledge with other team members * Practice continuous improvement by enhancing solutions, accelerating process execution, and suggesting improvements or ideas for the team * Act as project leader for specific initiatives—responsible for assisting in team member selection, ensuring everyone understands proposed solutions, monitoring task execution, estimating effort for activities, and validating deliveries with users * Report project progress according to the methodology defined by IT Governance * Demonstrate ownership in assigned tasks, evaluating and ensuring the quality of both personal and team deliverables * Provide Level 3 support to end users **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with Java 8 or higher * Strong experience in multi-layered/corporate Java development * Solid systems thinking (software development lifecycle) * JPA/Hibernate * JUnit * SonarQube * Design Patterns (MVC, VO, DAO, BO, Factory, Singleton, etc.) * Oracle Database 11 or higher * Experience with SQL (standard or Oracle PL\-SQL) * Eclipse (IDE) * Experience with REST and SOAP APIs * Commitment to code and feature quality * Experience in: RESTful API modeling and development (JAVA) * Spring/Spring\-Boot (security, feign, jdbctemplate) * Swagger * Version control (GIT) * Dependency management (Maven) * Continuous Integration (CI/CD) * Knowledge of Docker and OpenShift * Best Practices: S.O.L.I.D, Design Patterns, DDD, Microservices. **Desirable:** Technical Differentiators: * JSP/Servlet/JSF * Apache Tomcat 6 or higher * Scrum/XP/Agile Methodologies * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Business Differentiator: * Experience in CRM or customer data domains * Knowledge of retail KPIs **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance** with no co-payment for exams and consultations. * Want more well-being?
