Ownership mindset and quality-oriented execution Senior Systems Analyst Hybrid (2 days/week, Barueri/SP) Understand business requests in collaboration with business teams to propose and implement value-adding solutions together with the IT team. Share knowledge with other team members. Practice continuous improvement by enhancing solutions, accelerating process execution, and suggesting improvements or ideas to the team. Assume a leadership role in specific projects, including assisting in team member selection, ensuring all members understand proposed solutions, monitoring task execution, estimating effort for activities, and validating deliverables with users. Report project progress according to the methodology defined by IT Governance. Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, evaluating and ensuring the quality of both personal and team deliverables. Provide Level 3 user support. Requirements: * Experience with Java 8 or later * Strong experience in multi-layered/corporate Java development * Strong systemic vision (software development lifecycle) * JPA/Hibernate * JUnit * SonarQube * Design Patterns (MVC, VO, DAO, BO, Factory, Singleton, etc.) * Oracle Database 11 or later * Experience with SQL (standard or Oracle PL\-SQL) * Eclipse (IDE) * Experience with REST and SOAP APIs * Commitment to code and functionality quality * Experience in: RESTful API modeling and development (JAVA) * Spring/Spring\-Boot (security, feign, jdbctemplate) * Swagger * Version control (GIT) * Dependency management (Maven) * Continuous Integration (CI/CD) * Knowledge of Docker and OpenShift * Best practices: S.O.L.I.D, Design Patterns, DDD, Microservices.
