Job Summary: Plan and control production, analyze performance indicators, monitor processes, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports * Plan and control production according to company demand and capacity Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvements Monitor production, identify deviations, and propose solutions Prepare performance reports and present results to the team Participate in alignment meetings with involved departments Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Prior experience in production planning and control Knowledge of production management tools Ability to analyze data and prepare reports Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Proficiency in Excel and PCP systems Postgraduate degree in Production Management Experience in plastic industry companies Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ERP system knowledge Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
