We serve as a liaison between business units, franchisees, and technology providers. Job Description We are seeking a Junior Systems Assistant to support the routines of the Data Intelligence area. This role involves close collaboration with franchisees and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate information flow. Responsibilities Support store teams in using the POS system (3S Checkout); Track and follow up on tickets and requests with vendors (3S / iFood); Perform simple system registrations and updates; Assist in reviewing reports and tracking spreadsheets; Collaborate on documenting area-specific processes and best practices; Support the team with minor technology and data-related tasks. Requirements Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress) in Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, or related fields; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); Good communication skills and willingness to learn; interest in technology and management systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with POS systems (e.g., Linx, Totvs, 3S Checkout, etc.); Experience in franchising or retail.
