Then come on in!** **Responsibilities & Duties** *What you’ll do daily to help us spread playfulness:* * **Performance Monitoring:** Serve as the guardian of our numbers—tracking business area performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying variances or opportunities. * **Data Intelligence Support:** Transform raw data into visual insights, assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards that support executive decision-making. * **Root Cause Analysis:** Support investigations into the reasons behind results, seeking to understand growth or decline trends and patterns. * **Management Rituals:** Actively collaborate in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for results meetings and strategic planning cycles. * **Business Partner:** Assist in defining SMART goals for new projects and ensure indicators align with company objectives. * **Focus on Efficiency:** Propose process improvements and automation in data collection to reduce manual effort and increase delivery agility. **Requirements & Qualifications** *What you need to bring (or be willing to learn):* * **Academic Background:** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering (all fields), Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines. * **Graduation Window:** Expected graduation starting from **December 2027\.** * **Tool Proficiency:** * **GSuite Suite:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (you must feel comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation). * **Business Intelligence (BI):** Interest or knowledge of tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI (a strong differentiator). * **Databases:** Basic SQL knowledge is considered a "plus" and will set you apart in the selection process. * **Skills & Competencies (Soft Skills):** * **Logical & Analytical Thinking:** Ability to interpret numbers and draw logical conclusions. * **Effective Communication:** Skill to clearly explain analyses and interact across various company departments. * **Proactivity:** Eagerness to learn about retail and autonomously seek solutions. * **Methodologies & Certifications (Desirable):** * Familiarity with management methodologies (OKRs, KPIs, PDCA, or GPD). * Extracurricular courses focused on Data Analytics or Process Management. * **Location:** Reside in São Paulo/SP with easy access to the **Vila Olímpia** region (hybrid model). **Instructions (also known elsewhere as requirements):** * Be duly enrolled in a Higher Education Institution Availability to intern 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance & Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Product Discount * Life Insurance **What else will you find here?** * Birthday Day Off * Remote Work (Hybrid Work Model) * Remote Work Stipend **So, are you ready to join us?
