We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as Protagonist of Transformation:** * Lead software development projects from conception through implementation; * Analyze and understand customer requirements; * Design efficient and scalable technical solutions; * Solid experience in Java development (Java 8\+), including advanced object-oriented fundamentals. * Experience with enterprise applications using Wildfly, REST, SOAP, JasperReports, and integration patterns. * Experience in data modeling, creation and optimization of SQL queries for SQL Server. * Knowledge of automated testing (unit and integration) with JUnit and Mockito. * Experience in front\-end development (preferably Angular), enabling end\-to\-end delivery. * Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues, proposing safe and sustainable fixes. * Familiarity with Git and version control practices applied in agile teams. * Understanding of system architecture, API design, security, performance, and best practices for integration. * Availability to participate in on-call duty when required. * Develop clean, high-quality code; * Perform testing and debugging to ensure application performance and security; * Collaborate with the development team to guarantee timely delivery meeting established quality standards; * Provide technical support and training to the team when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Strengthen Our \#TopazTeam:** * Ability to analyze functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and break them down into clear, actionable development tasks. * Skill to act as a bridge between business and technology teams—facilitating alignment, clarifying doubts, and validating business rules. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation (diagrams, API contracts, business rules). * Understanding of and active participation in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to planning, refinement, and continuous delivery. * Proactivity in suggesting technical and process improvements, contributing to sustainable evolution and system maintainability. * Interest in acquiring functional knowledge of the financial market, especially Fixed Income. * Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
