We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work at the Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC), performing continuous monitoring of critical IT environments; * Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds, VMware vRealize Operations, Splunk, and PRTG Network Monitor; * Monitor environments to identify alerts, anomalies, and performance trends, performing initial validation of monitoring events; * Support initial analysis and handling of incidents, contributing to rapid service restoration; * Record, classify, and escalate incidents according to established operational procedures and workflows; * Provide support to technical teams by sharing relevant information for fault analysis and resolution; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring dashboards and alert rules, focusing on proactivity and operational efficiency; * Ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs); * Provide user support and assistance with the use of IT services and applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, either in progress or completed; * Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk; * Ability to configure and perform necessary adjustments to infrastructure and metric monitoring; * Development of dynamic dashboards for infrastructure monitoring; * Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems; * Familiarity with IP networking, including switches, routers, firewalls, IP addressing concepts, subnet masks, gateways, routing, VLANs, Wi\-Fi, Firewall, and IPS; * Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, among others; * Knowledge of virtualized environments; * Understanding of ITIL, GMUD, SLA, problem and incident management, and change advisory boards; * Support for Windows Server, Linux distributions, and Windows versions 7, 8, 10, and 11; * Practical knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems is required, including ability to perform basic checks, read logs, and analyze services.
