Organization and confidentiality of medical information Main Responsibilities: \* Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp patient service, delivering information and guidance with friendliness and clarity. \* Register and update patient data in the clinic's system. \* Monitor patient arrivals and direct them to respective departments and responsible professionals. \* Type and review medical reports and test results according to established standards, ensuring accuracy of information. \* Verify the quality of documents delivered to patients, ensuring proper presentation and correctness. \* Organize physical test reports (when printed) and deliver them per clinic protocols. \* Confirm appointments and tests. \* Manage the inflow and outflow of medical documents and files. \* Provide administrative support to medical and technical staff as needed. \* Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment. \* Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Requirements: \* Completed high school education.
