




Job Summary: The professional will provide hardware, software, and systems technical support at Levels 1 and 2. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware, software, and systems technical support (Levels 1 and 2) 2. Prior experience in technical support is required Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Main Responsibility: Provide hardware, software, and systems technical support to users – Service Levels 1 and 2. Requirements: High school diploma is required, along with experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support. Knowledge of microcomputers, computers, printers, and laptops is required. A technical course in Information Technology and intermediate Office suite proficiency are desirable.
