For more information, visit WPP.com. #### **About the Role** We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong technical capability and architectural vision to build and evolve scalable, high-performance, and resilient systems. Experience in complex environments—especially projects involving legacy platforms such as VTEX—is essential, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within global teams. #### **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications with a focus on performance and scalability * Participate in projects for implementation and/or migration of legacy systems (especially VTEX) * Design and build APIs, microservices, and distributed systems * Contribute to defining system architecture and development best practices * Implement performance improvements (caching, load balancing, fault tolerance) * Work with CI/CD pipelines and automation of deployments * Ensure application observability (monitoring, logging, and alerts) * Identify and resolve incidents and production issues #### **Required Qualifications** * Clear and fluent English communication * Experience with at least one complete implementation or migration cycle of a legacy system (VTEX) * Solid experience with: + React + TypeScript and Node.js + And/or Go + And/or C\#/.NET * Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems * Strong knowledge of database modeling * Experience with DevOps practices: + CI/CD + Docker At VML, we are committed to fostering a fully inclusive workplace that is rewarding and career-advancing.
