Dialética Publishing is seeking a professional to work in the field of Data and Process Auditing, with a focus on validating financial, operational, and managerial information. We seek an analytical, detail-oriented professional with affinity for technology, capable of verifying large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and enhancing internal processes. This position will play a strategic role in strengthening data governance, contributing to information reliability and supporting decision-making across the company’s various departments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Audit corporate databases (financial, operational, and managerial) to ensure information reliability. * Identify and resolve inconsistencies in large volumes of data. * Support the review of internal processes and suggest improvements to prevent systemic failures. * Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to contribute to data governance and decision-making support. * Develop and apply automation logic to optimize routine verifications and audits. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Data Proficiency: Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate/advanced), with emphasis on dataset manipulation, pivot tables, and information cross-referencing. * Technological Profile: Familiarity with BI tools (Data Studio) and knowledge of programming logic or scripting (Apps Script, SQL) for process automation. * Preferred: Prior experience in internal auditing, controllership, process analysis, or financial controls.
