Work Location and Schedule: * Montes Claros/MG (in-person work); * Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. As an Educational Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting pedagogical supervision during student interviews and onboarding for inclusive students; * Providing comprehensive in-class support to students with disabilities, global developmental disorders (including ASD), learning disorders, high abilities/superior intellectual ability, and INSS beneficiaries; * Assisting in mediating pedagogical activities while respecting adaptations and resources specified in individualized education plans; * Collaborating with teachers in developing and completing the inclusive pedagogical action plan, tailored to each student’s specific needs; * Supporting the use of accessibility resources and assistive technologies, where applicable; * Documenting and monitoring student progress using designated tracking tools; * Acting ethically, respectfully, and confidentially, fostering a welcoming and diversity-valuing school environment; * Providing ethical, protocol-compliant support for students’ physiological needs whenever necessary; * Supporting multiple students simultaneously when their specific conditions permit, ensuring quality of support provided. 2512060202191797587
