**Requirements:**
* Completed High School;
* Driver's License Category B;
* Must reside in Montes Claros;
* Basic knowledge of network engineering and ability to read project drawings;
* Experience managing third-party contractors / subcontractors;
* Knowledge of operational indicators (SLA, efficiency, backlog);
* Basic knowledge of occupational safety (NRs);
* Ability to develop and engage teams.
**Work Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday \- 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays \- 8 AM to 12 PM
