Provide courteous, spontaneous, and prompt customer service in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone/Negotiate prices, delivery times, payment terms, and sales discounts/Conduct sales and quote merchandise via the company's WhatsApp and phone system, assisting customers with their selections/Monitor competitors' practices regarding pricing, offers, etc., and present suggestions to the immediate supervisor to increase sales/Register new customers in the store's customer database, ensuring accurate completion of requested data, especially ZIP code and other delivery address details/Register new customers in the "Construir para Reunir" campaign to promote and inform about the benefits of the points program/Process requests for prize exchanges under the "Construir para Reunir" campaign after verifying accumulated points/Record customer inquiries regarding products not available or in stock and report to the immediate supervisor/Correctly carry out logistical processes, shipping, and cashier duties within commercial responsibilities/Commit to continuously improving technical knowledge, processes, and understanding of products and services offered by the store/Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
