Description
**JOB SUMMARY:**
The External Advisor is responsible for representing the company to graduating classes. They conduct on-site visits, meetings, and follow-ups, strengthening relationships with clients. They maintain class satisfaction, ensure adherence to schedules, and directly contribute to class loyalty toward the Group.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Conduct on-site visits to classes for follow-up and alignment of process stages.
* Ensure timely responses to committee groups within a maximum of 24 hours, providing information, clarifying doubts, and strengthening relationships.
* Represent the company at events, meetings, and external gatherings, maintaining institutional image.
* Monitor adherence to pre-event and official event schedules with classes.
* Collect information and requests from graduates and relay them to the internal team.
* Monitor class satisfaction, proposing solutions to ensure service quality.
* Support decision-making regarding suppliers and budgets together with clients and consultants.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and new class needs.
* Ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled as agreed.
* Collaborate with other company departments to ensure efficient event delivery.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed high school education
* Prior experience in customer service, events, commercial representation, or client relationship management.
* Experience in graduation ceremonies, social events, or corporate events is desirable.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:**
* Working hours: 08:00–18:00 (Mon–Thu), 08:00–17:00 (Fri).
