Job Summary:
Professional responsible for preparing and monitoring environmental licensing processes for mining projects, conducting environmental impact studies, and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor environmental licensing processes for mining projects;
Conduct environmental impact studies (EIA/RIMA, RCA, PCA);
Prepare technical reports and opinions for environmental agencies (municipal, state, and federal);
Monitor erosion control, stormwater drainage, and sediment containment programs;
Assess environmental risks and propose mitigation measures;
Collaborate with forestry and environmental engineers in developing sustainable management plans;
Ensure compliance with current environmental and mining legislation;
Assist in obtaining permits and authorizations related to mining activities;
Produce environmental performance reports.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering with active CREA registration;
Proven experience in mining processes;
Knowledge of environmental and mining regulations;
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams;
Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork;
Driver's license category B;
Working hours: Business hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
