**Responsibilities and Duties**
**As an Educational Assistant, your main challenges will be:**
* Supporting pedagogical supervision during interviews and welcoming inclusive-population students;
* Providing comprehensive in-classroom support to students with disabilities, global developmental disorders (including ASD), learning disorders, high abilities/giftedness, and INSS beneficiaries;
* Assisting in mediating pedagogical activities, respecting adaptations and resources specified in individualized educational plans;
* Collaborating with instructors in developing and completing the inclusive pedagogical action plan, considering each student’s specific needs;
* Supporting the use of accessibility resources and assistive technologies, where applicable;
* Recording and monitoring student progress using tracking tools;
* Acting ethically, respectfully, and confidentially, promoting inclusion and appreciation of diversity within the school environment;
* Providing, whenever necessary and ethically appropriate, assistance with students’ physiological needs, adhering to institutional protocols and guidelines;
* Supporting multiple students simultaneously when the nature of their specific needs permits, ensuring high-quality support.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in educational settings and/or supporting persons with disabilities or specific educational needs;
* Organizational skills; strong communication; dynamism; flexibility; interpersonal skills; teamwork spirit.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Experience in inclusion and diversity;
* Ongoing or completed undergraduate studies in Pedagogy, Special Education, or related fields;
* Basic computer literacy / Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Willingness to share knowledge.
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Montes Claros/MG (on-site);
* Monday to Friday, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
