Everyone is welcome!** **\#VemSerEuro \#SomosEurofarma \#GrupoEurofarma** **Responsibilities and duties** **Check out the main day\-to\-day activities for this role:** * Master procedures for preparation, adjustment, and low\-complexity settings of parts, components, and accessories used in this group of equipment; * Assess the need for corrections and repairs of equipment and devices due to recurring and/or occasional failures, requesting shutdowns, corrections, and/or replacements; * Perform all activities described for Production Assistant when necessary, aiming to meet operational demands; * Assist in all productive area activities; * Control production processes regarding product identification, according to each medication type and Production Order information (batch and expiration date); * Monitor instruments to keep them within specified standards, taking appropriate actions when necessary; * Operate production line equipment and monitor their proper functioning; * Perform complete equipment setup: assembly, disassembly, adjustments, and cleaning to ensure proper operation and adherence to good manufacturing practices; * Execute low\-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment; * Report any issues to the Supervisor; * Guide the work of Production Assistants; * Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) of the work sector; * Fill out documents related to the production process; * Input production data into management software; * Carry out all production activities in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma with completed technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics fields **Work experience:** Blister packaging (UHLMANN, MEDISEAL, BOSH, IVKA), Cartoning machine (UHLMANN, MEDISEAL, BOSH, IVKA), and Case packer (Pester/Case packer or Skinetta) **Mandatory certification:** Forklift operator certification to handle Bin movement when necessary. **Systems:** COGTIVE, PASX, ANTARES. **Additional information** **At Eurofarma, we value and support our employees throughout their journey!
